PAYMENT POLICY
The Nostalchica accepts debit/credit payment methods, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
We ensure secure payments through various mechanisms like DSS compliance, encryption, and fraud analysis tools. If the order is considered a high risk order and to prevent fraudulent activity, we may ask for more information from you/the customer and may have to stop the order.
SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship your product as soon as possible!
After an order is made and processed, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.Â
For Already-Made items, please allow 2-5 business days from date of purchase for your order to be shipped. For Made-When-Ordered items, please allow 2-3 business weeks from date of purchase for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, your order can take an additional 2-10 business days (sometimes more) depending on the shipping method and delays that are out of our control.
Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the mail carrier/delivery company i.e. USPS and UPS. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim or ask any questions - The Nostalchica is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items while in transit. USPS or UPS should be able to refund you as all mail is insured.
If an item is "in-transit" or "pre-shipment" for a few days or more, please contact USPS or UPS for assistance.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final, as we don't offer refunds. Please note all item descriptions, pictures, and size charts before making a purchase. You can also ask any questions prior to purchasing at hello@thenostalchicashop.com.
If you paid for an item that sold out, a full refund for that item will be issued to you. Please note it can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account/card/method of payment. This is the only exception for a refund aside from an order cancellation (please see CANCELLATIONS further below).
EXCHANGES
If you received the wrong item and/or wrong size from what you ordered on your order confirmation email, or if the item is defective, please contact us at hello@thenostalchicashop.com so we can assist you right away!
If you received the wrong item and/or wrong size than what is on your order confirmation email, we will gladly replace said item/s for you within 7 days of delivery and cover shipping. Original items received must not be worn, washed, or used and will have to be returned (we will cover shipping). If we receive original items that have been worn, washed, or used, then you will not receive a replacement and you will be notified via email.
If an item is defective, it needs to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and must not be worn, washed, or used. After reporting to us, we will ask for photos and assess if we can do an exchange for you. If so, we will notify you by email and send a replacement of that item and cover shipping. Please note the term "defective" strictly applies to a manufacturing defect. If the item was damaged and/or altered anywhere from the start of transit to after delivery to you/the customer, then this does not apply as a defective item.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand you sometimes need to make changes. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@thenostalchicashop.com within 24 hours of date of purchase with your order #, and a full refund will be issued to you. Please note it can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account/card/ method of payment.Â
