SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship your product as soon as possible!

After an order is made and processed, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. 

For Already-Made items, please allow 2-5 business days from date of purchase for your order to be shipped. For Made-When-Ordered items, please allow 2-3 business weeks from date of purchase for your order to be shipped. 

Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the mail carrier/delivery company i.e. USPS and UPS. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim or ask any questions - The Nostalchica is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items while in transit. USPS or UPS should be able to refund you as all mail is insured.

If an item is "in-transit" or "pre-shipment" for a few days or more, please contact USPS or UPS for assistance.
