Q: Who do I contact for questions about products or orders?
A: Please email us at hello@thenostalchicashop.com. We’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible!
Q: When should I receive my order?
A: Please check the tracking link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. We always make it a priority to ship out orders within 2-5 business days after date of purchase for Already-Made items. It can take 2-3 business weeks after date of purchase for Made-When-Ordered items. Once shipped, your order can take an additional 2-10 business days (sometimes more) depending on the shipping method and delays that are out of our control.
Q: Which nonprofits do you donate to?
A: We donate to various nonprofits helping children, the undocumented, LGBTQ+, and more. Please check our About Us & Our Mission page to learn more. There will always be items in our shop that support nonprofits all year round.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we’re only shipping to U.S. locations. Since we just started our business, we’re starting out small, but are looking forward to international shipping in the future!
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Please email us. If we haven’t shipped your order yet, we can swap out for the correct size. If the new size costs more, you’ll be responsible for paying the difference before we ship it out. If we already shipped out your item, then unfortunately we can’t exchange for a different size nor can we offer a refund.
Q: What if my order is delayed or didn’t arrive?
A: Please check with the mail carriers delivering your order. Once we ship out orders, we no longer have control over what happens to them.
